I do a 30-minute yoga practice six times a week. But I've been doing yoga for about 40 years. Start out with every other day, for no more than 30 minutes. Then with time you can increase the frequency and length of your practice.

I started after hip surgery, I am as flexible as a 2X4! Noticed a difference almost immediately! Not so much with flexibility, but with peace!!
i would say like 20 times a week should do it (side note, i dont do yoga).

There's no minimum or maximum. Give it the time you have ... the more time and focus the more benefit. No stress ... no worry ...
