Ehh I've been lazy recently, and been eating a lot like I'm giving up ok my goal but I don't want to. It's hard to get back at it after a week of unhealthy over eating and no exercise
Try to eat healthier stuff. Don't worry about the binging too much. It is a completely normal body response to the starvation caused by your struggle with eating disorders. Once you start eating normally again on a regular basis the urge to binge will go because your body will no longer be telling you to pack on the calories in case you starve again.
@GokuGirl: Well remember, baby steps. Eat less junk little by little until you feel fine eating little to none at all. Stopping cold turkey will only lead to more binges :3
@GokuGirl: You can work on that little by little too! Maybe slowly replace your curent snacks with snacks that have healthy fats like peanut/almond butter, avocados, and coconut oil, for example~ Those can give you a full feeling for a long time :3
