Ehh I've been lazy recently, and been eating a lot like I'm giving up ok my goal but I don't want to. It's hard to get back at it after a week of unhealthy over eating and no exercise

I was trying to eat healthier versions of unhealthy food but I also have a binge eating problem so it doesn't matter that I made a healthier version cause I still ate like 20 of them lol
@GokuGirl: Well remember, baby steps. Eat less junk little by little until you feel fine eating little to none at all. Stopping cold turkey will only lead to more binges :3
@GokuGirl: You can work on that little by little too! Maybe slowly replace your curent snacks with snacks that have healthy fats like peanut/almond butter, avocados, and coconut oil, for example~ Those can give you a full feeling for a long time :3
