Always have to look for new friends on my walksMy dog and I ran into this young western cottonmouth on the trail a few minutes ago. I used a stick to chase it into the woods before two more dogs got there. My dog ignores snakes. Others might not be so lucky. (1)
I walked 14 blocks today! I increased my walk by an extra 10 blocks!But I didn't include any weights this time because I went to the store....Then I did my usual 4 blocks on my way home! Thorn in my walkWhat the hell are Vans doing nowadays? Mine aren't even 6 months old and a thorn managed go straight into my big toe. Talk about ruin my morning walk, PE is gonna be hell.
