[Personal] Step counter and health tracker.

I was a bit surprised to find out that my two mile walk was really 4.35 miles. 😆

Interesting that this app has other biometrics as well like Heart rate, blood pressure and stress measurements.

Yet not so happy that you can see nothing without being connected to a network. It actually requires you to be connected to a Google account.

Since I will only use this app for walking, I'll disconnect it and force stop it for anything else.

I hate being monitored constantly.

Not bad for being 66 years old on the walk. 😊

If you have your phone on you, they know where you are, at all times.

The app on my phone counts my steps, calorie and sleep schedule. Now I can't change my alarm without getting into this app and fuck around for 20 minutes to get to do what I want... Technology blows.

@Thevy29 If you don't have GPS turn on there is simply no way they can find you.

The phone itself will only ping the tower every once in a while. That requires triangulation. That means three cell towers must receive the ping. And that simply isn't connected to the Internet either.

Ever wonder why 911 can't always locate missing hikers? No three cell towers receiving a ping is why!

Yes I knew there's other methods. Yet none are focused.

Right now this site thinks I 100 miles from where I am. There's literally over a million people between here and there, at least.
