I lost 25lb in the past 5 months!

I just stopped eating so much and eat more protein dense foods.
I like this 👍 Exercising is great but you can't outwork a bad diet.

@MoonaNorth86 You definitely want to prefer high volume foods like salad(low calorie dressing) and popcorn(no butter). Foods that fill your stomach faster. I'm not a diet expert so take what I say with a grain of salt.

@MoonaNorth86 I'm 293lb 6'4" and male, my metabolism is going to be about 3500 calories a day, if I stay under 3000 a day I'll loose a lb a week. I usually cap it off at 2500 so I can eat like shit on the weekends.
