Usually church in morning . Then to aunt's home to keep her company , feed birds and other odd jobs . Then home to rest . Church was canceled this morning '
One of my daughters is a student chef, so i buy all her weekly ingredients. Last week it was all the meats for Pâté de Campagne. This week its Hors d'Oeuvres so I'm buying crabmeat, mushrooms, artichokes etc..i buy my work food, pack my medical scrubs, and work bag for my work week away from home.
I prefer to help outside and keep the community cleaned up. It just rained and snowed so today I will be resting at home and enjoying the SNL 50 celebration tonight. They had and expansive look at the music last night so that acted like an appetizer for tonight’s show.

Thank you. We are heading to church soon. I will teach a class, then traditional worship. Home for lunch and an afternoon of loafing. We are going out to dinner tonight for our "Valentine's Day" dinner.
While Kris Kristofferson's song was about sobering up after a drug-induced high, Sunday Morning Coming Down resonated with such a broader audience for the very reasons you state, imho.
