Are you trying to be pure because it's Sunday?

That would be pointless.
Trying to make oneself pure is a exercise in futility.
I can choose to be moral, ethical, and a decent human being.
I do believe God can make us pure in His eyes,but we are never perfect or completely good.
Trying to be more pure wouldn't be sincere , especially,if was only on a Sunday.
