I look forward to hearing when the next third is put out of use in Russia. The planes were legitimate targets. I do however fear the response that may now happen to Ukraine.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Thinkingdeeper Hopefully they've already prepared a counter counter attack, and indeed those were absolutely legit targets.

I hate to say it, but America has been losing its ability to keep secrets, and countries should be trusting America less with the super major secrets.
Even before Trump... but even worse with Trump/Putin relationship.

@jshm2 40 out of like 120 strategic bombers that cost like $26M per unit in the country whose currency is worth less than toilet paper is nothing according to which sources? Russia Today? 🙄
So much that they're stopping and inspecting trucks one by one in *Siberia* lmao
The terrorist was, is and continues to be Putin and his orcs

Don't cry and whine when the retaliation comes . How many innocent Ukrainians will die .The people of Ukraine don't want this war .
Elessar · 26-30, M
@kodiac I'll admit when I will be, not when a minus habens from the other side of the planet that probably couldn't point at Ukraine/Russia on the map (or you wouldn't bring up the dumb "expansion" point) reiterates some long debunked Kremlin talking point.
If NATO wanted to glass Moscow it wouldn't need Ukraine. Look on Google Maps where Moscow and Petersburg are lol. So what's the "expansion" for, according to you?

So what countries has Russia taken over?
Let's see.. Georgia, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Transnistria, Chechnya, Dagestan, Syria?

@kodiac A statement of fact, not an insult. Someone who reiterates the dumbest propaganda and doesn't have the critical thinking skills to stop and check if what they're saying at least makes any sense before outing it perfectly fits the definition above (heck, just google it, as it's been settled for years to the point that perhaps even the Kremlin itself no longer goes on about this alleged "NATO expansion" at this point lmao). If you prefer a Russian term over the Latin one, try «Vatnik».
The fact is, it's you who stopped replying once I've pointed out the fallacies of your argument and literally answered your question.

The official count is 41 - and the terrorists can't replace them.

This is proof - if any were needed - of why Putin (and Chump) have got their knickers in such a twist over Ukraine. Even during the era of the USSR the Ukrainians were recognised as world-class innovators - Putin and his American poodle just aren't in the same class as these tacticians.

At multiple sites thousands of miles apart.
The US seems to think the war is lost, but nobody has gotten around to telling the Ukrainians.

The problem with yanks is they tell Russians , both under Trump and Biden. Russia got its Pearl Harbor 😁
@Elessar America was trying to stay out themselves, but they were also supplying the British and even sent some trainers to China. So I'm not sure they were neutral.
But yes, Russia government is on board with the war, but I'm not sure the citizens are...
And if it's a true Pearl Harbor moment, then now the citizens will be 100% on board and fully support it, when they were previously against it.

@sstronaut True but that's a position that in the current conflict is more similar to that of, say, Germany (not directly involved, not completely neutral either as it's supplying Ukraine, but with a major margin for getting more involved if things escalate). Russia can't really push more out of itself, or they'd have already. Sorta like how the Axis couldn't significantly increase their effort once the US was in, as they were already fully committed by that point
Popular support isn't that much of an impactful factor tbh, whether they support the war or not they're still sent in as cannon fodder and the decision making process is made by the same oligarchy as now, and the resource pool is the same too
