They lied about the heatwaves. They reported the ground temps, not the air temp. I knew they were lying when they reported that my part of the country was experiencing very high temperatures, and I was enjoying one of the coolest July’s since I’ve lived here. The temperature in the morning was in the 60s F. Some heatwave!

We have battled mightily against the fraudulent schemes of Climate Change. We started way back in the 70's when it was called Global Cooling. Continued the fight when the changed it up to global warming. And now the latest version - climate change.

Of course, climate has been changing ever since there was climate! Some present day deserts were once forests. Some of today's mountains used to be under water.

No amount of taxation will change a thing.

Expensively. I spent a lot of money this year buying new fans and air coolers. But if I lived in any other province in Canada I would be part of the problem - not part of the solution. BC generates 100% of it's electricity from renewable resources. So I am not making such a big carbon footprint keeping cool with my electric fans. Cheers!

Sometimes there is no changing of the seasons. Sometimes like now the trees and plants don't know what season it is. It's winter here. And my fig tree still hasn't lost its leaves.

No such thing. Our warming trend right now is due to a strong El Nino which is an occasional phenomenon and is not global warming that the ding dong liberals are trying to shove down our throats as a scare and control tactic. We have not seen any unusual warming where I live.

My state, Massachusetts, USA), is doing rather well so far. We are in the midst of the hottest week of summer, and it is supposed to top out at 88F.
