Apparently the reason Will Smith was allowed to stay seated was because amid the talk of removing him, Chris Rock asked that he be allowed to stay!

The way Chris handled the situation continues to impress me.

According to the producer, he told the LAPD he didn't want to press charges. Rock is coming off of this smelling like a rose imo. The jury's out on Smith; I think something is up with him.
