I still buy Spaghettio's, eat them sometimes for lunch, and enjoy them!! Lol. Dont laugh 😑🙈😆(Hey they have 5 grams fiber for the serving too!)

I studied nutrition and pride myself in eating well and I also give counceling on nutrition... but I sometimes buy chef boyardee ravioli 🙊 I act like I'm buying drugs, looking left and right , hoping no one I know will see me. 😂🤣

@JohnnySpot I even left out an embarrassing detail: my former nutrition councelor, who was also kind of a guide for me at some point, was in front of me at the grocery store and I didn't say anything hoping she wouldn,t notice me and what I was buying. 🤦‍♂️ like the one person i most wouldn't want to dissapoint.
