@ViciDraco He's a working dog, he's trained to pick up the scent of explosive materials like gunpowder, TNT, nitroglycerine, dynamite, or Tannerite. Most probably he belongs to the ATF.

@ViciDraco I unfortunately only know this because I sell illegal fireworks around holidays and I did almost get caught for it on two occasions.

@BlueMetalChick chasing that down is always going to be an exercise in futility for those folks. I don't think I've ever been in a state where they were legal and nobody has ever had a problem getting a hold of them.
