Tissues are the worst-but I have several t-shirts that are strangely coloured because I washed them with something that ran.

I was doing laundry at an apartment laundromat one time and when I took my clothes out of the dryer they all had little spots of colors all over them in various colors. The lady that cleaned the laundry was there and told me it looked like bits of colored chalk had been thrown into the machine, and she gave me a bottle of Goo-Goo, I had to treat each spot & rewash but it took all the colors off.

@cherokeepatti I've had to give away all my cream colored towels, because they show the rust spots from my apartment building's hot water heater...and those don't come out.

			cherokeepatti · 61-69, F

@4meAndyou You can use Carbona Rust Remover on them but that would be expensive. I found out it will take out red mud stains on white athletic shoes that I bought and wore once and got stained up.

Oh gosh...that used to happen to me constantly. After my mother began to have dementia, and I would come over and do her laundry, and I would ALWAYS forget to check ALL her pockets...and ALL her pockets were always stuffed with old nasty Kleenex. Nasty shredded Kleenex with static cling...that's what I remember. 😖
