I still have the impulses. It is hard not to when you are just trying to tune down your intensity and snippets of history repeat themselves everywhere else. And it gets so overwhelming that you start connecting small incompetencies to the larger picture.

People absolutely do not understand this level of knowing your own cruelty and having to face it before facing someone else's. And having to restraint it.

I can be all loving to the degree of self-sacrifice..but I can also be all rage to the degree that I would think biological weapons are absolutely fair game at this point.

Mind is a labyrinth.

I agree that lots of people don't understand what it's like to face their own cruelty before facing someone else's. That level of self awareness comes from the experience of fighting with yourself and then acceptance and not everyone has that ability.

I do think that everyone has two sides though but I agree about intensity.

I have three sides good , evil and guilt. The process goes good , then have to be evil then guilt suppress my evil and it is the worst. It is stronger than good and evil and it ends in destroying something about me.

As intense? Not a lot thankfully.

In a lesser degree and forms, yes. And that's good. It means the world is safer place. I do be thinking only evil can uproot certain types of evil but evil is evil.

Even in moderate forms very few care to dwell in admitting it to themselves, and confronting it. That part is dangerous. It stands on a postulate which neglect cases where victims can be /turn to oppressors themselves for example. It allows blind spots.

This would require an entire thread to elaborate on.
