I wish I could bottle up that awkward vibe when you're at a family event that isn't your own

With me after a while it feels like i just fit right in. I spent Christmas with strangers and i asked the host if i could come back next year. I was nervous at 1st and once everyone started conversing i started feeling more comfortable.

Free food, yay

And everyone you look at you have no clue who they are or how they are related or not.
