Why is it that the most awkward things happen to me lmfao

Was going to intubate a patient and suddenly thick mucusy nosey trickled down and hung from my nostril 🫠....like....inches down......both my hands were busy ......aaaaaaaaggggghhhhhh why meeeeee.
