This was me today...now tell me about YOU so I won't feel so stupid!
Washed dishes again...and went to put the ONE clean plate away, and realized there was dried on cream cheese on the CLEAN plate. And then remembered that I had NOT been wearing my glasses while doing the dishes last night...
Got cleaned up and dressed, and decided to switch out my handbag to one more appropriate for the season! I THOUGHT I put everything into the new bag. 🤪🤪🤪
After my doctor's appointment, (which was not fun), I went to the library to pick up the book I had ordered. And I could NOT find my car keys to lock the car. I very nearly walked around to the passenger side to search for them there. And then I searched the pocket of my jacket again, and the keys were right there! 🤪🤪🤪
I got my book, walked back out of the library, and the driver's side door of my car was WIDE open! My brain must have disconnected after I found my keys! 🤪🤪🤪
I decided to go to McDonald's and buy a large diet coke, because I was nearly dying of thirst...soooo dry...but for some reason switched lanes and went to get my months supply of gas first. So I pulled into the spot, opened the gas tank door, and went to look for my discount card....only to discover that my WALLET had not made it into my new bag. 🤪🤪🤪
Thank goodness I didn't stop for a coke first! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Got home, unpacked my things from the car, and discovered that the gas tank door was still open.
Got upstairs quickly and remembered to search for my wallet, which was sitting innocently next to where I had been sitting on my recliner chair. 🤪🤪🤪
I have HEARD about days like this. DON'T buy a lottery ticket and DON'T perform any financial transactions!!!! 🤯🤯🤯
And then I hear that Charlie Kirk was just murdered. 😢😢😢
Once again, God is telling me that NONE of my tiny little mis-steps is the least bit important.
