The thing is, nobody wants to pay for a nurse or doctor to teach teenagers first aid. Same thing goes for a mechanic and chef.
The only people who doesn't mind teaching anyone of all ages, are artists. Arts and crafts is something you can do to ease your mind.
Every single teacher in high school is wrong for not teaching their students how to file taxes. I know they are already not being paid enough, but doing taxes is something that should be mandatory in high school. Like, bring up the topic every 2-3 weeks so it can stick to them until the time comes. We are having 14 and 15 year olds with jobs now and they won't know how to do taxes until the time comes.

There used to be such. As education costs rose, things were cut. In addition to those listed, music and art were generally first to go.
