What's your Pet Peeve?

People that say... "should [u]of[/u]" instead of "should [u]have[/u]".

That one really annoys me.

The so-called "news media" of today which subheads reports "what you need to know", or "what's trending". Not your job. I will determine what I need to know, and it isn't what is trending but basic facts -- who, what, when, why, and sometimes how. With a lot less emphasis on who.

One of them.. When someone competes with me, constantly tries to out do me. It is NOT flattering, it is annoying.

Opinion dumpers.. not just the usual, hot button issues, but those people who just like to hear themselves talk. You ask if there are any good Italian restaurants. They feel compelled to announce they never go out to eat and cook everything from scratch from all organic whatever because they love their family or don’t believe in consumer culture or would never spend that kind of money or they don’t eat Italian, but you should totally check out this Mexican restaurant lol... 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Every year before a holiday the local news runs the same old stories about how to cook a turkey and stuffing so we won’t get food poisoning. Or stories about how some item or two is in short supply and may run out before the holiday. It turns out that same item has been marked up a lot at Walmart and you can still find them at Aldi for a decent price. I’ve noticed this trend several years in a row, and no store runs out of it. Things like pumpkin pie filling for example.

My pet peeve are people who have pet peeves... disgusting

Out of curiosity. I blocked or been blocked by a user who responded to this post. You should totally tell me who it is. :D. I can't stand shortened language in order to sound cute. It's not cute, It's creepy.

IRL - People that whistle to themselves in public

Online - People that post reaction videos on instagram.. like they post somebody's video then it cuts to them pretending to be in awe or in shock at it
