What's your Pet Peeve?

Mine are open mouth chewing with that mouthy eating sounds 馃槚... (Makes me wanna slap someone silly).

And people using "more THEN" instead of "more THAN" when talking about comparisons 馃槚.

Here's a helpful link to explain clarify that once and for all: https://www.learngrammar.net/a/more-than-vs-more-then-lets-not-confuse-the-spellings

People that say... "should of" instead of "should have".

That one really annoys me.

@Glossy Indeed - and on linguistic peeves, mine include -

- tautology (meet /talk with, revert back, etc.);

- cliches like "long story short" (just be concise!) and "rabbit holes" (pardon?);

- affecting other countries' idioms or slang (different than, thuh air instead of thee air, "meld", "woke", - etc.)
@Glossy that should of been a problem last year
