@4meAndyou I have made breakfast sausage from ground beef or ground turkey. Mixed up a lot of spices and herbs to season it with, it was so good. I used salt, pepper, a bit of cayenne, garlic powder, sage, oregano, summer savor, quite a bit in proportion to the meat.

Maybe it covers well the odd taste of chicken fodder they feed chicken with that you'd taste in their meat otherwise.

Stay away from prepared foods most are full of perspectives and things that are not good for you , stick to whole foods That are not processed....just my take 😉
