When I used the VA, they were all about questions about any symptoms I might have been experiencing, scanned me entering the facility and required masks. Government agency. They had to comply. Often, before certain procedures I had to have nasal swabs taken. On one visit I inquired about getting an antibody test. I, much to my great surprise, was informed they ( VA) did not do them! Out of curiosity I went to the Red Cross website and it sounds as if they are concerned about certain vaccines although they don't say which specifically, just that you need to know which vaccine you received.
