Didn't They Tell Us The Jab Was Safe & Effective?

Then why does the American Red Cross want those who've been vaccinated for covid, calling in first to determine if they're eligible to donate blood?

Out of curiosity I went to the Red Cross website and it sounds as if they are concerned about certain vaccines although they don't say which specifically, just that you need to know which vaccine you received.
