Massaging is one of the best way to treat migraine and headaches. It effectively blocks pain signals sent to the brain and also boosts serotonin activity that regulates some serotonin receptors. This is how it helps in reducing the frequency of migraine as well as its symptoms.
I googled. Hope this helps.

Have you been to a neurologist? I was having headaches and had to go to one. They put me on naproxen. I did later trace the headaches down your an artificial sweetener though. So now I try to avoid that.

@canusernamebemyusername really good advice!
Ah, but have you tried drinking EVEN MORE water??? 🧐
I bet you drank some water. Maybe even enough water. But until you try TOO MUCH water, you cannot know
Jk, try doing some exercise and fasting a bit :o
I think that helps some

Allergy medicine if you need it, in addition to what you're doing.

That's a tough one.
It's different for different people.
I've taken my neighbor to the hospital when she's had migraines, and they do nothing for her. All it does is cost lots of money. So, I give her some of my prescribed pain meds, and they usually seem to work okay.

@Lmarie704 Definitely rest up if you can(Even though I’d miss you while you did), but it sounds like you’re doing everything you need to
You’re eating and drinking fluids and relaxing with little light and sound disturbances
Hope it passes quickly for you💚

Shit, I dont know. My sister gets those and I feel bad for anyone suffering with them.

@Lmarie704 No death for you today! I forbid it. Instead, I shall Google any possible remedies for migraines and report back
TheLordOfHell · 41-45
@Lmarie704 So far, I see ice packs, hanging out in a dark room, exercise, caffeine and water. Probably not an instant solution, but it's what they suggest, other than seeing a doctor
Lmarie704 · F
@TheLordOfHell I'll try the ice pack, exercise is the last thing I wanna try. My head might explode 🤦🏽♀️
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
Use ice on your head it will help. I get chronic migraines and unfortunately I have to take prescription meds to get rid of them and if that doesn’t work a trip to the ER. I hope you are feeling better soon.
