Does anyone know [I Get Migraines]

How to get rid of a bad migraine? I've tried excedrin, hot shower and yes I Drank plenty of water 🥴🥴

Shit, I dont know. My sister gets those and I feel bad for anyone suffering with them.

@SpaceJesus yeah its not fun, I can handle anything else but migraines just might be the death of me. (just me being dramatic) 😅😭

@Lmarie704 So far, I see ice packs, hanging out in a dark room,exercise, caffeine and water. Probably not an instant solution, but it's what they suggest, other than seeing a doctor

@SpaceJesus I'll try the ice pack, exercise is the last thing I wanna try. My head might explode 🤦🏽‍♀️
