I don't get my body

I've had high blood pressure since 2018, I've been taking medicine because I've had to and even with that I am at best able to get to 130/90. I've been told that's just going to be my norm and that's okay as long as it doesn't fluctuate too much. Now I am running really low for me like 95/65 the last few days. I know below 90/60 is a too low zone so I am keeping an eye on it but I feel like just when I start to accept my weird ass body it goes and throws me a curve ball and I am just over it. Maybe I need to stop my meds (I won't do that until I talk to my DR). Who knows, I am tired of this wonky body.

I been on blood pressure meds since childhood,. anxiety throws me on edge.\

last several times my BP has been 80/55 and I askeds to come off my med or alter it., they said no,

they took me off it few times in past and it would skyrocket to like 180/100
I average high 130's to mid 140's and above 85 with meds
@SlippingAway You may need to be re evaluated since the injury has healed.

@NativePortlander1970 Oh I have been, I've had my heart and practically every thing else checked out recently and I am seeing a specialist along with my PCP. This low bp thing is a brand new thing.
@SlippingAway It may be corrected
