I don't get my body

I've had high blood pressure since 2018, I've been taking medicine because I've had to and even with that I am at best able to get to 130/90. I've been told that's just going to be my norm and that's okay as long as it doesn't fluctuate too much. Now I am running really low for me like 95/65 the last few days. I know below 90/60 is a too low zone so I am keeping an eye on it but I feel like just when I start to accept my weird ass body it goes and throws me a curve ball and I am just over it. Maybe I need to stop my meds (I won't do that until I talk to my DR). Who knows, I am tired of this wonky body.

@NativePortlander1970 that's about where I've been at with my meds for years. I don't understand why now it's low
@SlippingAway The bottom number is the one that's more concerning, you're still relatively high.

@NativePortlander1970 Well now my bottom is 65 but yes 90 is high for the bottom number
@SlippingAway Do they have You on a diuretic for hypertension?

@NativePortlander1970 I am on Losarten angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARB) been on it for a long time since 2018. Some of my BP was due to an injury to my vertebral artery (which has since healed) but they think some may be due to hereditary. My Mom has high BP
@SlippingAway You may need to be re evaluated since the injury has healed.

@NativePortlander1970 Oh I have been, I've had my heart and practically every thing else checked out recently and I am seeing a specialist along with my PCP. This low bp thing is a brand new thing.
@SlippingAway It may be corrected
