Has anyone else fired a doctor due to their front office staff?

I have. Pass on your stories of dealing with those receptionists.

Nope. I worked as a Receptionist for a Doctors surgery. Part of a team of four. One of them was as thick as two planks, but very nice at dealing with people. She had a habit of reading the personal details of the clients.
And another was so very rude, and a bully it was a surprise they gave her a higher position instead of firing her.
Me? I tried my best to make sure everyone got a fair go. But I couldn't control whether they lied to me about what they were here for... They make a 5 minute appointment to renew a script. But they needed something that went for 30 minutes. Delaying everyone who was waiting. If I had known they were going to do that I would have booked them for 30 minutes. 😮‍💨
