@PreciousPetal That’s not too bad, but if you’re feeling drowsy after eating, your sugar levels are probably spiking. Do you check your sugar when you’re feeing like that?

@PreciousPetal you should ask your doctor to refer you to a diabetic educator and if nothing seems to help even after following their advice get referred to an endocrinologist.

i was over 180 gl an now without meds about 110 -120- every morning using these two together
try it what harm can it do?
oh and no salt also
