my diabeties messing with my schedule

i always feel drowsy after my meal.. so lazy so inactive i dont even overeat.. i ate 4 hours ago but steel feeling sleepy lethargic . Ialways eat in moderation that too long gaps (4-6 hr gaps) between my meals

@PreciousPetal no carbs no sugar . read every label on the cans . you are in bad shape . at least you know you are so WORK ON IT

@PreciousPetal That’s not too bad, but if you’re feeling drowsy after eating, your sugar levels are probably spiking. Do you check your sugar when you’re feeing like that?

@Quetzalcoatlus yea it spikes... And then crashes Currently i am learning to manage it

@PreciousPetal you should ask your doctor to refer you to a diabetic educator and if nothing seems to help even after following their advice get referred to an endocrinologist.
Long gaps between meals isn't always good and can mess up your blood sugar.
