Diabetics have you had this?

Have you had this type of neuropathy where one or two toes feel different than typical numbness..(typical where its tingling or the fell- asleep numbness) in which the two toes feel like you injected 10 shots of novacaine, where its lost complete feeling and SO NUMB that it's also painful and feels like you can't bend it? Like a stiffness or will break in half?

I’d go see a doctor and see what he can recommend. Sounds like diabetic neuropathy.

Avoid processed food. Stop sugar free products because that is processed food. The body attacks foreign food. And some people have a more sensitive immune aystem. Fake food triggers an auto- immune response, and simply turns “diet sugar free “ in to fat. It’s healthy natural foods that will help the most. Absolutely no fried anything.

Are you diabetic?

@Guardian My sister is starting to experience complications. She may have the start of neuropathy in her foot.😢

Now that you mention it, yeah.

@LordShadowfire Did your neuropathy just start? How long have you had diabetes? I agree treating the sugars most is key. Im sorry of your dad's pain. Ughh just terrible...my sister now has it.

@Baybreeze I've been diagnosed since like 2014. I've kept my neuropathy under control by keeping my diabetes itself under control. My dad, on the other hand, let his rage out of control from the time he was diagnosed in 2005 until I was diagnosed, so his is way worse.

@LordShadowfire How do you keep it in control? Her sugars crash down fast with just one unit insulin..so sometimes she kept the sugar high to not have it so low. 😢

Diabetes is a bich. Does she watch what she eats with the carbs and sugar ?
Baybreeze · 41-45, F
@SW-User She does but it still stays high. Even with low carbs. She has a really unique case and she is trying to work with her endocrinologist but they don't seem to know rn.
