I think Covid is a hoax, this is not advice or false evidence it is my opinion

I believe the illness exists but I feel that the way the media and Government has dealt with it is absolutely appalling and overhyped. I don't think people should put their lives on hold indefinitely or panic.

If you can't deal with that, then that is your problem. I think big pharma has gained massively from the hysteria and the Government is trying to save face for the damage they have caused the economy.

@LordShadowfire The problem is I don't go around collecting evidence, I see what I see and listen to what I listen to before coming to my own conclusion with what I am given. It would be a lot of work for me to go through what I have already seen to provide you a source then even if I get you that source you'll be this isn't CNN fake news then all that work is for nothing.

I don't know a single person who has died from covid that is a fact, I know a lot of people who have suffered from it including old and vulnerable that is a fact, politicians have enforced these rules they clearly don't believe although they are pushing them they are also breaking them that is a fact, I can't prove to you that a lot people I know who took the vaccines have been suffering with all kind of side effects ever since but they have. I am pretty sure I recall Sky news Uk one of the main news outlets reported that people have been reported as covid related deaths even if they died in a carcrash if they had covid within three weeks of death. You are never going to take this in because it goes against what you think you know.

Anyway apology accepted, it was kind of funny anyway

The pandemic was as horrific as the media made it out to be; I had personal friends who suffered and nearly died from it, even young ones unfortunately. Lockdowns hurt the economy, sure, but so too would it have hurt the economy if a big ol' chunk of the labor force died off. Sucks, but it was one poison or the other and we chose the less bad one.

However, I do 100% think that the pandemic allowed governments to cover their asses about gross financial mismanagement. The 2009 subprime mortgage crisis happened almost exclusively due to a lack of financial regulation, rules which had been ruled back ever since. At the same time, housing prices were skyrocketing (largely due to artificially restricted supply), actual ponzi schemes like bitcoin were at their peak, and debt markets were predicting an economic downturn. The economy collapses from an outside force, and suddenly all these finance shitstains are off the hook and nobody demands change from big business.

The difference is that the reputable sources had actual objective reality backing them up, which is what you should be paying attention for.

Some people are masochists and so have a fondness for being controlled and humiliated by those in power.

We all know that the reason the economy is such a disaster now is because of repeated and prolonged covid lockdowns. In fact, even liberal news outlets will tell you that when they look at supply chains and what caused so much disruption to them. This is not a secret or a conspiracy, and it is significantly worse than what the alternative would or could have been because it has caused far more damage.

Without lockdowns, not many more people would have died. A lot more people would have been able to keep jobs, afford gas, afford electricity, afford food, and maintain their usual living standards though.

I don't agree with everything you're saying, but I respect you for conveying your opinion rationally and in a way that doesn't demean others for disagreeing with you. It's too bad that wasn't enough for others to treat you with the same courtesy, but I suppose that's just where we're at. Further props to you for not letting the hostility from others get to you.
