I'm having some trouble swallowing food without a drink to chase it down. Does anyone know what that might be?

I try to swallow but I can't swallow completely. I nearly gag (ew, sorry).

Does it feel like something is restricting your airway ...like something lodged there or just it takes more effort to keep swallowing

@Coralmist No, not the airway, that feels fine. It's like I can only do half a swallow. The food wont go down without a drink.

@Matt85 Glad airway is ok. Thats important. Maybe are you uptight about anything? Anxiety for me can make me feel good is going down like a brick

@Matt85 It' could be anxiety..but, if it keeps occurring I'd make an appointment with a doctor so they can run some tests🪻
