What a horrible disease. My generation was slammed by polio. Twice. Many of those afflicted as children and survived were again attacked 50 years later with something called Post Polio Syndrome.

This raises questions about the adequacy of health screening and immunization for the millions storming our southern border

@jackrabbit10 Yup. Me, too. But polio disappeared from the United States a while back. Maybe 25 years ago. They even announced it in the newspapers. in 1994.

Any child born after 1994 would not be vaccinated for it.
