What do you do personally to keep the coronavirus at bay?

I wear masks, wash hands, am vaccinated and still avoid crowds.

Eat healthy, exercise and get sunshine.

Screening patients for potential resp disease
Social distance when able
Antigen testing in significant waves
Vaccination

So far so good
Very nasty disease for some, mild for others

I wash my hands frequently, use hand sanitizer, wear a mask when required, and I have been vaccinated.

I avoid people. When I do have to see them for work. Socially distance. Always wear my mask outside the house and hand sanitizer. I also avoid the dentist. That might not be covid related though.


BTW this year's flu shot was nothing after two covid shots. Barely felt any arm soreness

I'm a germaphobe... I keep my distance, wear mask, gloves & an attitude problem.

I don't touch anything unless I must.

..... and other annoying habits that set everyone off because they're perfect & don't need masks.

I follow strict guidelines...eat and sleep well, manage stress, and take lots of supplements to enhance immunity.

Vaccinated, masked, and still disinfecting a lot of surfaces with alcohol.. also within the body, you never know 🥃🥴
