I am very skinny. I want to increase muscle power and increase my bmi on a vegan/vegetarian diet. Internet is full of knowledge and it's been overwhelming. Any suggestions or ideas you have?

@fanuc2013 Totally untrue--I get more protein as a vegan than most meat eaters!!! I also can lift more weight at the gym than 90% of the people there, and I have been vegan for over 20 years. Do your homework!!
