how long would it take to lose 2 stone

i have put on weight once more and i'm anxious to do something about it, like getting back to swimming regularly at the sports centre and watching my diet, it will take the iron will i showed the last time, to do it again.....but how quickly can i lose 2 stone?

@darkmere1983 🤔i do not think you could but a time scale on it as such you would just have too exercise vigourously and alter your diet if necessary then let it happen. patience is the key thing as it will not come off overnight and you will have too just perserver until you have got the necessary weight off you require

This yoyo dieting just won't do. You've posted this question before. Slow and steady wins the race. I highly recommend the No White Diet, which my own doctor put me on. I have lost 15 pounds or more, and have gone down one size since starting it last June.

If you continually put on weight, and then do starvation dieting afterward, you set your metabolism up for constant weight gain.
