COVID weight gain

I got fat over COVID. It was easy when all I did was sit on my PC and eat all day. It's embarrassing that I have multiple chins and moobs. Whenever I try and lose weight I give in so easily and binge eat. It's sad how much I think about food and eating. It's always on my mind and my life now revolves around my next meal. It also sucks when I have a favorite shirt I can't wear anymore because it's too tight now or my moobs are super prominent.
if you want to get rid of the moobs, start doin pushups, you dont have to do a bunch, start off with a couple and work up a few more each day. and walking or jogging helps as well.

@YourMomsSecretCrush It's amazing what you can achieve by running, sit ups, and push ups.
@JimboSaturn a gym is nice, but you can get in shape without any weights at all.

You probably just need a better diet. More beans, veggies, meat.
Exercise also helps reduce cravings.
Just remember, any time you're eating at a restaurant, or eating a prepared meal, you're probably just eating crap. If you go all protein, you're probably just going to give yourself a gluten-intolerance, or pre-diabetes.
Dieting isn't the answer.
I would just focus on eating more whole foods, a wider variety of vegetables, ensuring you get your electrolytes (Potassium, Calcium, Sodium, Magnesium), stay hydrated and adequate protein.
Also, go for an hour walk every day.
It's better to eat early in the day, and avoid eating at night.
You still look fine.

Monitor/eliminate your intake of high carbs low nutritional value snacks and meals and walking with headphones on everyday is my Rx for losing weight.

Time to start eating healthy and exercise! Otherwise you will continue to gain. You can do it if you put your mind to it.

Yes sometimes when you go on a diet, you end up obsessing about food. I suggest you ease into dieting slowly and start changing your eating habits slowly. Easy for me to say, I'm not very patient either.
