OK Friskies, if wild raccoons and possums won't eat your canned food you have a problem!😾😤

My cats won't touch it, and it's usually one of their preferred flavors. The feral cats won't touch it and I'm offended at the thought of tossing it. 🤷‍♂️

You think that's bad...I used to take my little Maltese, Charlie, to McDonalds with me after church on Sunday when I lived in Lansing, Michigan. He LOVED the chicken nuggets. He was mad for them!

And then one day he just turned up his nose! REFUSED to eat even one!

I found out that McDonalds had just changed the meat in the middle of the fried coating to a mixture of light, dark, and..."other".

@4meAndyou I had a little cat that just loved to eat fish that I fried. I went to Long John Silvers one evening for dinner and brought her a piece of fish home. Set it down in her bowl and she just sniffed it and refused to eat it. I even took the breading off and she wouldn’t eat the fish. The next time I cooked fried fish she ate every bite that I gave her.
@cherokeepatti They rely on smell, the slightest thing can throw them off.

@UnderLockDown I imagine the oil that the fish was deep-fried in was used several times if not all day. I always use fresh oil to cook in and throw it away after one use.
