Sitting down at the table

To eat a meal is a huge trigger for me. My tics and outbursts are so bad. I get so anxious and I just can't do. So Joel and I are trying to figure out ways to either cope with this or find ways to get me to eat more. I really think to much time was been wasted on my self care today and I'm just over it. But I gotta figure out a way to eat! This is my struggle and I hate it and I just don't even care!

Maybe try Boost shakes. They're actually tasty!! They are small nutrition shakes to replace small meals. I had a couple few years ago and the chocolate one was good 🙂 that could at least give you a small meal or two, if you have one or two in a day. Maybe while reading emails or anytime.

@Coralmist yes it is something we are looking into trying.

@Cigarguy101 I just looked it up and they recommended up to two Boost shakes a day. But not Solely in place of all meals, to have with healthy foods as well in a day😃 I think they could be good🌷
