Bored eating

Do other people get bored and want to eat? I try to distract my mind, but sometimes it's difficult. I bring just what I'll eat at work, but at home I have to force myself to not go to the kitchen.

I get this too.

I guess some people go to kitchen and say: nothing interesting. And they go to bed.
I go to the bed and say: nothing interesting. So I go to the kitchen.

@justanotherone if something interesting were in the bed, we might stay out of the kitchen...lol
