I have been told and it seems to bear out, that our healthy habits and lifestyles are what we do 90% of the time, not the 10% of the time.
So have something unhealthy occasionally, eat well the rest of the time, and it should even out in the healthy stuff's favor :)

I don’t think a few bad choices when your stressed matter at all it’s poor choices every day that make the difference
Sometimes what we think are bad food choices can sometimes be beneficial during times of stress.
