I ate something unhealthy I shouldn't have.

Because I was emotionally down. I've been doing well with eating healthy. But too much stress and lack of personal time is making me do away with bad food choices and eating habits.
I wouldn't be working in this hectic workplace if not for family's sake.

I have been told and it seems to bear out, that our healthy habits and lifestyles are what we do 90% of the time, not the 10% of the time.

So have something unhealthy occasionally, eat well the rest of the time, and it should even out in the healthy stuff's favor :)
