@smileylovesgaming Actually, I stand up once in awhile to do some chores coz I work from home. Still, I'm not as young as you, so my metabolism is rather slow already.

@1Dogma I even use my bike treadmill all the time while I work. I work from home also. I even got 7 kid's to keep me busy.

I fill up on lots of vegetables with lean meat and fish. I'm not a big fan of bread or potatoes unless mashed on something like shepherds pie so carbs are usually rice or pasta. My weight is pretty stable and I'm healthy so can't be too bad 😊

I eat a tiny breakfast (usually one veggie sausage patty), a tiny lunch (usually cheese and crackers), and then a "sensible dinner" as the old ads used to say (fish and veggies, or some kind of pasta with a protein).
