What diet could I do to get as skinny as possible and stay there?

I need a sustainable diet, I’m bad at portion control and would like it to not be tooo expensive of a diet. Calorie counting doesn’t work either cause like I said I like eating whatever portions make me satisfied. I am currently overweight, my blood tests say my blood sugar is normal but my triglycerides are between 150-190 I think which is above because the average should be 100 or less but it is also not too high since it can go up to like 500. I would like to follow a diet that makes me as skinny as possible and that I can sustain forever. This is my situation please recommend me any diet that you think will help me and give and tips or advice if you’d like, thank you.
Vegetables that are low in cals and you can eat in bigger ammounts like lettuce carrots cucumbers etc and generally more vegetables ,moderate fruits for when you get sweet cravings instead of sweets , cut down carbs and fats, especially processed fats, probably speak to a dietitian if you can afford it. Everybody is different and their needs are different and the medical conditions you mentioned require certain dietary adjustments. This is just general advice you can find on the internet but changing your diet entirely ,especially if you were big into processed foods/take out /high sugar - sodium before ,it will be hard to adjust to a new diet because most of these foods have an addictive effect /reward repeat / to your brain and body so it will be a struggle.

Change to whole foods.
Increase your intake of vegetables and fruits, especially leafy green veggies, go lighter on the fruits and go easy on the starches. Cut out sugar and simple carbs like white bread. Stick to complex carbs.

If you're a meat eater limit red meat and processed meat and stick to mostly lean chicken and fish.

Diets don’t work but you could follow the diabetic eating lifestyle. It’s apparently very good

I will research this lifestyle, thank you! @Jenny1234

Go Vegetarian. You will lose weight steadily.

I've been considering that diet for a while now, but do you think I will get deficiencies from being vegan? Or do you think the occasional eat-out at a restaurant where I order meat or something will stop that from happening? Because vegan honestly sounds like a perfect diet to me if it weren't for the nutrient deficiencies that I've heard about vegans having. Like I have a friend who was vegan that use to take some vitamin or something because the nutrient just isn't found in foods that are vegan, what are your thoughts on this? @4meAndyou

@MightyLion You just have to be careful about your protein. That is the ONLY nutrient in which you could possibly become deficient. Protein comes from a wide variety of sources, including vegetables, and if you do your research and craft your proteins carefully, you won't need to worry.
Learn portion control. Most diets are not sustainable long term
trackboy · 22-25, M
A high fiber diet will keep you full and you will eat less then. whole grains. fruits and vegetables. lean meats. berries. You also need to take up weightlifting as muscle burns fat.

the younger you are the easier it is. I’d try portion control - you can’t do everything the same way you used to and expect it will work.

Gina Livy Weight Loss. It really works. It’s not a diet. You’re never hungry. It’s about eating certain foods at certain times of the day.
