From a psychological point of view, I think it’s the fear of the unknown. This happens when there is a new coworker and then veterans coworkers start picking on them, getting jealous when they’re promoted faster , etc.
I think they fear immigrants will take away their jobs , their land etc.

Now about the video if this was on his driveway, he had all the rights to get mad. He shouldn’t have done what he did , but call the police.
