@TryingtoLava @Rolexeo The term "antisemitism" seems to have first been used by Wilhelm Marr as a "polite" way to say he hated Jews. So that is why "antisemitism" is only used to describe hatred of Jews and not other groups speaking Semitic languages.

And Christian’s and atheists.. satanists, scientologist..Buddhist

i didnt answer the Q at all. i corrected the statement jews were a race instead of a belief system. thats is about as far as i care about this subject. eg you can be muslim and not islamic. just as you can be isreali and not a jew.. rare i know.. but possible. take a seat and rest if this is too fast for you...

@Roundandroundwego I know it doesn't really answer much, but the whole 3 races of humans coming from Noah, really does start a lot of the discussion about racism and how it related at least at one point to anti-semitism.

The Germans kind of turned the old pseudoscience on its heads with their own brand of Aryan pseudo science, of course, and who exactly were Hamites and who were Semites never made sense to me linguistically, but I figured, hey, why not throw up a post to make things even more confusing?

@WaafaS But the term was invented by Wilhelm Marr to apply to Jews and that is/was the context in which it has been used ever since. The fact that other groups of people in the mid east also speak Semitic languages is irrelevant.

@SW-User Blacks are the most hated. That is a documented fact. What about the Xi Dynasty and the genocide he did on his own people. What about the millions of Native Americans who were slaughtered and discarded from their own homes and properties for centuries on end. These issues are far more complicated than you can even begin to comprehend. I think it is good to keep an open mind and understand we are all equal. Money is just an asset. It does not place the value of a race or ethnicity over another. Thank you. 🙂
