Why is discrimination against different races just racism, but if it's against jews it's anti-semitism?

Genuine question, why do they get their own word for it?

so no its not just a jewish word

@TryingtoLava @Rolexeo The term "antisemitism" seems to have first been used by Wilhelm Marr as a "polite" way to say he hated Jews. So that is why "antisemitism" is only used to describe hatred of Jews and not other groups speaking Semitic languages.
