Why is discrimination against different races just racism, but if it's against jews it's anti-semitism?

Genuine question, why do they get their own word for it?

Anti semitism is a special case of racist discrimination. It has its own particular social context.
Anti black racism has another context.
It's fun to be a jerk and be confusing!
